About NAED

Many of AMR’s call centers have received accreditation from the National Academy of Emergency Dispatch (NAED). NAED is a non-profit organization that promotes safe and effective emergency dispatch services through education, certification and accreditation. NAED’s three allied academies set standards for medical, police and fire dispatching. The group also supports research into first-responder issues, application of unified protocols and legislation to regulate emergency call center activities.
