AMR Natick/Framingham provides emergency and non-emergency medical transport services to eastern Massachusetts, southern New Hampshire, southern Maine and Rhode Island.
AMR Natick/Framingham's administrative headquarters in Natick is also the site of a campus of the National College of Technical Instruction (NCTI). NCTI provides basic life support and advance life support courses. Additionally, the operation's clinical education department provides a diverse range of EMS training such as BLS/ALS refresher courses.
AMR Natick/Framingham serves as one of the American Heart Association's largest centers for CPR instruction. The operation provides other services to the community such as blood pressure clinics, baby seat safety programs, serves as a safe haven for unwanted children and provides training to local high school students on the dangers of drinking and driving.
