Notice of Privacy Practices
Our Notice of Privacy Practices is designed to give guidance
and to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations regarding the provision
of the Notice of Privacy Practices by health care providers.
45.C.F.R. §164.520 requires that notice be given to individuals of the use and
disclosure of protected health information as well as the individuals rights
an covered entities legal duties with respect to protected health information.
