AMR Selects New Regional Director to Lead Western Washington Operations

Dillon Brock's EMS background includes more than a decade of clinical experience working as a critical care paramedic.

American Medical Response (AMR) has welcomed Dillon Brock as the new Regional Director for its Western Washington operations. In his new role, Brock will be responsible for the operational oversight of four AMR locations throughout the western portion of the state. 
 
“I am extremely excited to join such an amazing team with a rich history of community service and engagement,” said Brock. “I am looking forward to all that we will be able to accomplish in the future. I have a feeling of gratitude that I was selected for this position, and I am looking forward to working hard for all of the team members here in Western Washington.”
 
Brock brings with him extensive skills and experience in the EMS industry. He has over a decade of clinical experience working as a critical care paramedic and has served in several supervisory and management roles with different health systems and educational institutions. During his tenure as Public Safety Programs Manager for the College of Southern Idaho, Brock helped quadruple student enrollment and championed continuing accreditation of the program. 
 
“We selected Dillon for this role because of his leadership experience, commitment to following industry best practices and proven passion for community outreach,” said Randy Lauer, Vice President of Operations, Northwest Region, for AMR parent company, Global Medical Response. “We look forward to Dillon leading our Western Washington operations to continued success.” 
 
Brock completed a master’s program in psychology from University of Tennessee and is working toward his MBA at Columbia Southern University. Outside his professional career, Brock is passionate about travel and learning about different cultures and backgrounds. He and his husband recently relocated to Seattle with their Great Dane, Jolene.
