AMR Lexington provides emergency medical transport service for Lexington, Fayette County and central Kentucky. The service was founded in 2005. AMR Lexington employs approximately 34 paramedics and EMTs and handles an average of 9,000 emergency calls annually.
AMR Lexington also has transport contracts with the Veterans Administration and select specialty hospitals in the area. This operation offers CPR, ACLS and CEU training to the local community. If you are interested in training, please contact the operation for more information.
