AMR is hiring for the following positions with the opportunity for career advancement:

Provides basic medical care to emergency and non-emergency patients and transports the patient to a medical facility.

Provides advanced medical care to emergency and non-emergency patients. Paramedics examine, evaluate and treat patients prior to hospitalization or advanced treatment.

Provides direct patient care and performs basic life support, advanced life support and critical care nursing. Assesses, monitors, intervenes and stabilizes critically ill patients during transports.

Effectively manages requests for ambulance assistance and transport by gathering information related to the call, dispatching EMS resources and providing assistance and instructions prior to the arrival of EMS.

Ensures employees are scheduled appropriately for shifts and any special events. Monitors and edits timekeeping records for all non-exempt employees, processes hours worked and provides Payroll with required reports.

Performs basic maintenance checks on ambulances and equipment to ensure all ambulances are “response ready” to increase the quality and delivery of service to crews and patients.

Transports non-medical patients with mobility issues to and from doctor's offices, hospitals, labs or any other medical appointment.
