AMR in the San Joaquin Community

AMR San Joaquin provides emergency and non-emergency medical transport service for the San Joaquin County, California, area. AMR San Joaquin employs approximately 300 paramedics and EMTs and responds to approximately 50,000 calls annually.

AMR San Joaquin is accredited by the Commission for Accreditation of Ambulance Services (CAAS) and the National Association for Emergency Dispatch (NAED). This operation provides service for state disasters with strike teams and state-issued disaster units. AMR San Joaquin also offers CPR training, various ACLS, ITLS, PALS and BLS training courses to local healthcare employees, and in-service training programs for local skilled nursing facilities.
