MedStar Ambulance in the Gallup Community

MedStar Ambulance is the primary response agency for Gallup/McKinley County. We have been in operation since January 1, 1994. McKinley County is 5,450 square miles of rural New Mexico which includes the Zuni Reservation and Navajo Reservation. We are known to be the Indian Capital of the World. We provide excellent service to our community both rural and within the city. We respond to more than 10,000 calls annually, which include trauma and medical needs.
