AMR San Miguel County provides both emergency and non-emergency medical transportation services for the City of Las Vegas, New Mexico and the greater San Miguel County area. Established in 2021, the operation is supported by a dedicated team of approximately 35 paramedics and EMTs and responds to an average of 5,000 calls each year.

In addition to transport services, AMR San Miguel County delivers standby emergency medical support for a wide range of community events, including local fiestas, New Mexico Highlands University activities, high school football games, rodeos and other events throughout the year.
