AMR San Antonio provides emergency and non-emergency medical transport service for San Antonio and Austin, Texas, along with Bexar County and Milam County. Founded in 1993, AMR San Antonio employs approximately 157 paramedics and EMTs and handles on average 26,000 calls annually.
